So this is an announcement for a short HIATUS.I’ve been terribly busy with schoolwork lately and need to catch up on a bunch of things AND my comments still don’t work, so I need to see what’s what. :S
Valentines day is quickly approaching and I have a new layout featuring Panic! At the Disco to welcome the looove. :pI also have some affie gifts for you guys of Sweeney Todd. I hope you enjoy!

I’m working on some hand-drawn layouts which should be fun, some premade stuff and more webcontent. Maybe even some things in time for V-day!
Well I just came back from the most amazing 3 day experience of my life. We went to the STAIRWAY foundation in the Philippines and hung out with ex-street kids who WERE imprisoned for petty crimes such as sniffing glue (due to hunger pangs) or petty theft. They each had a heart-stopping, shattering story and they were all so animated and lively. We all had buddies and became friends, despite the slight language barrier. (I understand about 80 percent of tagalog but can’t speak it at all). They also perform a play called the Cracked Mirror, where 3 actors portray roles that have similarly affected their own lives such as being selled to a whore-house and incest. They also have 2 animations: 1 of pedophilia and one of incest. Everyone’s story was touching and it really made me change the way I looked at the world.
I’m exhausted right now because it was the first day back at school, but I’ll post pictures later.
Today is a Good/Bad day. It’s good because it is the last day of school before the 4-day community service trip to the beach. I’m going with some of my friends and our community service is to work with/ learn from former street kids. It’s a bad day because I had a math unit test and a science quiz and I have tons of work to do and so little time to do it. It’s a good day because I think I did well on the math test. Bad because I failed a multimedia quiz.
I also am less and less obsessed with Animal Crossing (ds) which my mom has kindly dubbed the “boring weed-pulling game” and increasingly addicted to Pokémon (Diamond vs for ds).
My computer is now fixed!  The sad part is that I can’t find my Photoshop CDs so I can’t download them into my new computer and need to use my old computer to make graphics. Annoying. >_>
I just finished reading the book 13 Reasons Why, which is about a girl who, before committing suicide, recorded 13 tapes of the reasons why and the people who caused her pain and sent the tapes to them. It’s a really good book, and one of my favorites.
I’m not accepting anymore affie requests unless I seek you out myself atm because I want to be friends with all my affies, which is impossible if I have 50. I’m considering link exchanges though, more later.

This is supposed to make my life much simpler. You’d think. I just got it from the store today, and went through the set-up assistant properly & promptly. Well, just after that you’re supposed to immediately be logged in. That didn’t happen.  If that doesn’t happen, you’re supposed to be sent to the login page, click on the button with your username on it (and the button has the picture that you’d selected) and then type in your password and voila. I don’t know what is wrong with it but instead of either of that happening I was sent to a page that asked me for my Username & Password.  Then I clicked the ‘back’ button and was sent to an icon (NOT the icon that I chose) and the username said ‘Other….’ So obviously something is wrong but I didn’t know wtf to do.  So I called the tech people in the Apple store. Sadly for me, they didn’t really speak english and told me to just bring in the computer back to the store (which I had just arrived from 5 mins previously) I don’t know what to do, so I will probably bring it back to the store in the morning, but for now I’ll just be pissy. :( Plus, now I feel like tearing my hair out and I have to go to a dinner tonight. :AH:Okay, okay.  I’ll calm down. Maybe curl up by the TV and watch a Poirot and try to relax and try to breathe and try not to think about my stupid curfew that’s 1 hour behind everyone else and try not to think of my grades which are just pissing me off and try not to think about hormones or guys or PMS or any shit that happens. ‘Cause that’s life right?  And shit happens and everyone moves along fine and no one breaks down because everything is just always so freaking wonderful. [/end rant]
